This yeasty event from the hugely popular Fermentis Academy will be held at the Charles Faram site in the UK.

The aim of the event is to share knowledge and educate brewers about all things yeast and fermentation.

The day will cover topics such as:

  • Fermentation
  • Rehydration vs direct pitching
  • Bacteria for kettle souring
  • The impact of hopping regimes and much more!

There will also be a talk from our Group Technical Director on how to translate hop aroma into your beers!

Advanced hop products and sensory training
Learn about the use of hop products in brewing and how to use sensory training products for assessments and quality. CAUTION – This session will involve sampling beer, although in small amounts. It is not compulsory to consume the beers.
